These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WakeLink mobile application operated by 307 Wake Sports ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Granbury, TX. By creating an account or using WakeLink you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

WakeLink is a platform that connects boat captains with riders who want to participate in wake sports, water skiing, tubing, and leisure boating activities. WakeLink facilitates connections between users but is not a party to any agreement, trip, or activity that occurs between captains and riders.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use WakeLink
• By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older
• WakeLink is strictly for adults — no minors are permitted to use this platform under any circumstances
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You may not create more than one account per person

3. Captain responsibilities

If you register as a captain you agree that:

• You are the owner or authorized operator of the boat listed on your profile
• You hold any required boating licenses or certifications required by your state or local jurisdiction
• Your boat is properly registered, insured, and equipped with required safety equipment
• You will operate your vessel safely and in compliance with all applicable laws
• You have full discretion over who you invite onto your boat and may decline any rider at any time
• You are solely responsible for the safety of all passengers on your vessel
• WakeLink is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss occurring during a trip

4. Rider responsibilities

If you register as a rider you agree that:

• The information on your profile is accurate including your experience level
• You will behave respectfully and follow the captain's instructions at all times
• You participate in all water activities at your own risk
• You will not misrepresent your experience level or abilities
• You are responsible for your own safety equipment where applicable

5. Wake Pass subscription

WakeLink offers an optional Wake Pass subscription for riders that unlocks premium features. By subscribing you agree that:

• Wake Pass is billed monthly at $5.00 USD
• December and January are free months — no charge during these months
• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your payment information
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable for the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use WakeLink for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false or misleading information on your profile
• Use the platform to solicit money or payment outside of agreed cost-sharing arrangements
• Attempt to circumvent the app's features to contact users outside the platform before a match is made
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform

7. Reporting and blocking

WakeLink provides tools for you to report and block other users directly within the app:

• You may report a user you believe has violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior
• You may block another user at any time, which prevents further messages between you and that user
• We review reports and may take action against a reported account, including warnings, suspension, or termination, at our sole discretion
• Submitting a knowingly false report is itself a violation of these Terms

8. Safety disclaimer

Water sports and boating carry inherent risks including serious injury or death. WakeLink is a connection platform only. We do not verify the credentials, licenses, insurance, or qualifications of any captain. We do not inspect any vessel listed on the platform. Users participate in all activities entirely at their own risk.

307 Wake Sports is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from the use of WakeLink or any trip arranged through the platform.

9. Reviews and ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings after trips. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain false information, harassment, or content that violates these Terms. We do not edit or alter the content of reviews.

10. Intellectual property

WakeLink and all associated content, logos, and trademarks are owned by 307 Wake Sports. You may not use our branding or content without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at 307wakesports@gmail.com.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 307 Wake Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WakeLink or any trip arranged through the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hood County, Texas.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of WakeLink after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
